David Beckham reportedly was paid $13.7-million to launch his first fragrance line in the US. Instinct, created by perfumers Alain Astori and Beatrice Piquet, provides a fresh and sporty scent derived from the unique blend of notes of white amber bergamot, orange, mandarin, red pimento, star anise, vetiver, patchouli and cardamom. It is perfect for young men as the aroma is very youthful and vibrant.
He also co-labeled some fragrances with his wife. One fragrance under their line is Intimately Beckham Night Perfume for Women. It was introduced in 2007 as an opulent, captivating scent. It is a floral aroma that seems to capture the most intimate moments of the night. The fragrances is consists of notes mysterious myrrh, fresh tangerine, spicy cinnamon, and soft vanilla smoothly bended creating a deeply mysterious scent which can be characterized as a symphony of alluring scents.

Donna Karan is a name known as the creator of Donna Karan New York and DKNY clothing labels. She is an American fashion designer who has made significant contributions to the evolution of the fashion industry.
Apart from various clothing lines, Donna Karan also offers many perfumes. These fragrances are often made in association with top-notch perfumers such as Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Maurice Roucel, Jean-Marc Chaillan, Olivier Gillotin, IFF, Calice Becker, Pierre NEgrin, Alberto Morillas, Yann Vasnier and Harry Fremont.

It is a female fragrance launched in 1992 in cooperation with IFF and it features the blend of apricot, bergamot, neroli, osmanthus, peach, pineapple burst as top notes, the floral aromas of carnation, cassia, helipthrope, jasmine, lily, orchid, rose and ylang-ylang as heart notes and benzoin, cedar, citruses, vanilla, tonka bean, vetiver, musk, sandalwood, suede, patchouli and incense as the bottom notes.
For this year, Donna Karan presents the line of Donna Karan Delicious Candy Apples which include DKNY Delicious Candy Apples Juicy Berry, DKNY Delicious Candy Apples Ripe Raspberry and DKNY Delicious Candy Apples Sweet Caramel. For this perfume collection, sugared apples were the main inspiration. Donna Karan tries to bring back the wearer of the scent to the joy and vibrance of childhood with the perfumes’ sweet flavor that is beautifully combined with fun colors. Here, the main themes are caramel, raspberries and currant contained in red, violet and green 50-ml bottles. These were officially launched in February 2010.
Elizabeth Arden
Elizabeth Arden was formed from the partnership of Florence Nightingale Graham, a Canadian businesswoman, and Elizabeth Hubbard, a culturist. When the partnership was dissolved, Florence coined the business Elizabeth Arden, combining her former partner’s name and a poem by Tennyson, Enoch Arden.
She traveled to Europe to learn beauty techniques and returned to US with a collection of powers and rouges she created. Then concept of “makeover” was introduced in her salon and the use of eye makeup during the times when only entertainers mostly wear makeup. She also revolutionized cosmetics to have more scientific formulations. Patrons of her cosmetic line include Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth II, Elizabeth, Queen Mother, Jacqueline Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe and Joan Crawford. She didn’t stop at producing cosmetics but also ventured into the fashion business in 1943 with Oscar dela Renta as part of her staff. At present, it continues to be regarded as an elite brand.
